Tom Watts has extensive experience in providing support and solutions to organizations in the areas of organizational strategy & execution, people systems & structures, total rewards, talent management, employee relations, labour relations, communications, change management, performance management, conflict management, investigations, team building along with mentoring and coaching.

In previous roles Tom provided executive and senior leadership to organizations, in international, national, corporate, field level, union and non-union environments and has supported organizations in a variety of industries including manufacturing, mining, energy, transportation, wholesale, privately owned, publicly traded, post-secondary and municipal government. He has an MBA, a bachelors degree in management and a bachelors degree in psychology along with being a certified executive coach and a certified talent management practitioner (CMTP).
