Tom has spent his career working alongside business leaders who are tired of losing their best people to preventable workplace problems. Not in boardrooms theorizing about culture, but inside the real day-to-day friction of organizations that are growing, changing, or under pressure.
His background spans organizational strategy and execution, people systems and structures, total rewards, talent management, employee relations, labour relations, change management, performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations. But more than any credential, what Tom brings is the ability to identify what is actually happening inside your organization and design a path forward that your people will actually follow.
In previous roles Tom provided executive and senior leadership across international, national, corporate, and field-level environments, in both union and non-union settings. He has worked with leaders who thought they had tried everything. Most of the time, they just hadn’t had a straight conversation about the real problem yet.
